Yes, we offer international shipping! Before placing your order, please reach out to us so we can coordinate and provide an accurate shipping fee estimate.

Every item is made with different materials, so care instructions vary depending on the product. To make it easy for you, your order will include the specific care instructions for each item inside your package at the time of shipping.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll send a replacement or solution right away.

“Ey Zen” is a name inspired by my son and me. Our initials come together to form EY, and Zen represents the way we choose to live our lives. It reflects our commitment to peace, positivity, and making the very best of each day.

Do you accept customer provided items?

Bring-your-own items are accepted. All items must be reviewed and approved in advance, as different materials require different production processes. For laser engraving, approval is required to confirm the material is laser-safe and suitable for engraving. Material details or photos may be requested prior to production to ensure compatibility and quality results.
